About the author

Sam Hafermann has nearly a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other corporate finance transactions.  He has represented a wide variety of private equity groups and entrepreneurs, as well as private and public companies located throughout North America and abroad.  Generalist with direct experience in niche manufacturing, specialty distribution, software, capital equipment, business services, industrials, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Prestwick, Sam was a member of Riveron’s transaction advisory practice focusing on buy and sell-side due diligence for M&A transactions in the middle-market.  Sam began his career as an associate at KPMG.

Other Affiliations: Board Member & Treasurer of Bridges2Learning, a non-profit organization focused on providing education to impoverished children in rural Vietnam.
